Shannon's Scoop.....
We've wrapped up our Community Helpers unit, and we are ready for EASTER! Preschool parents, please bring a bag of plastic eggs and a bag of individually wrapped candy (candy must fit INSIDE the eggs). If you would like to, you may send MORE than one bag of each. The more eggs, the more FUN!!! Our Easter Egg hunt will be Thursday, March 20 at 9:00 sharp! As always, you are more than welcome to come!
Our Carebears enjoyed a visit from Dr. Nelson (aka Landon's dad) today. With the help of his trusty assistant (aka Landon), Dr. Nelson demonstrated some things we might see or do in the Doctor's office. He even added some comedy to his show. He checked Landon's ears to make sure there wasn't a fire truck down in there. (The fire truck is the talk of TLC during the Community Helpers weeks.) Dr. Nelson even gave us all band aids for our 'boo boos'. THANK YOU DR. NELSON!!!
The Poohbears and Ms. Stephanie's Toddlers got to see a fire truck today! The firemen talked to us about not being afraid of them when they have their turnouts on, because they can look and sound a little scary. One of them put all of this on just like he would in a fire so we could see. We got to climb all around in the truck! They were very nice to spend so much time with us. THANK YOU BRYANT FIRE AND RESCUE MEN!!!
