We end our Nursery Rhyme unit this week. This week we learn Wee Willie Winkie. Our final rhyme is our favorite....because it brings PAJAMA DAY!!! Friday, 2/6 will be PJ day. Wear your pajamas to school, how fun is that? Moms, no extra work to do that morning! Just in case you don't know this Nursery Rhyme, here it is:

Wee Willie Winkie runs through the town
Upstairs and downstairs in his nightgown
Rapping at the windows, crying through the lock
Are the children in their beds?
Now it's eight o'clock

Little Miss Jaci sat on her tuffett...I see the spider coming to sit down beside her.....will he frighten Miss Jaci away?

Nursery Rhymes have started off with a lot of FUN! Even though it has been too cold to play Jack and Jill outside on the real hill, we've had fun pretending in our classrooms!

School age. school is out Monday. If you will be here, remember to bring your lunch. Tuition for the extra all day care is $9.50, please add this to your check.

This week during our Winter unit, the Carebears made 'snow pals' for cook day. Don't they look yummy?!

We begin our 4 week NURSERY RHYME unit Monday. This is such a fun unit to pretend, play and be silly! Make sure to ask your child to tell you the Nursery Rhyme (or two...) they have learned each week. You'll be seeing some CUTE pictures as we act out our rhymes!
